Our ultimate aim on every property shoot is to use our creativity and experience to help you sell your home by providing John Couch with excellent photographic images with which to market your property. Great images will help attract potential purchasers and promote your property in the best possible light.

We aim to complete the photo-shoot on one visit of up to 2 hours in length depending on the number of shots. We will return if the weather becomes inclement during the shoot. If you would like sunrise, sunset or twilight shots then these are available at additional cost.

By the time we arrive you will have discussed which type of brochure you will be using and we will know the number of shots needed. Before shooting we will ask you to give us a tour of your home and we will note the rooms/features/views that you would like us to include. Normally this would be the principle rooms of the house, its main external features as well as the garden, any views and in some cases a few detail close-ups.

Often we may need to move ornaments, plants or occasionally furniture for aesthetic reasons but will always ask first and return the items afterwards to their original position.
