Our ultimate aim on every property shoot is to use our creativity and experience to help you sell your home by providing your selling agent with excellent photographic images with which to market your property. Great images will help attract potential purchasers and promote your property in the best possible light.

To maximise the impact of your home in the marketplace we would prefer to shoot the exterior in good weather and may therefore need to return if the weather or direction of light on the agreed shooting day proves unsuitable.

By the time we arrive you will have discussed with your agent the type of brochure you will be using and we will know the number of shots to be taken. Before shooting we will ask you to give us a tour of your home and we will note the rooms/features/views that you would like us to shoot. Normally this would be the principle rooms of the house and its main external features as well as the garden and any views.

The photo shoot will usually take from two to four hours depending on the number of shots you have chosen to use but we will try to photograph the interior and exterior on the same visit to minimise inconvenience.

Often we may want to move ornaments, plants or occasionally furniture for aesthetic reasons but will always ask first and return the items afterwards to their original position.
